In Recent Florida news,
Florida has reported less than 2,000 Corona virus cases in the first time since June 2020. According to ClickOrlando, The Florida Department of Health has reported less than 5,000 new cases daily and the rate of infection has been under the medically advised percentage. The last time cases were under 2,000 were last seen on June 15th. Florida’s death toll now stands at 11,331, including 144 non-residents who have died here. A round table was hosted recently with Florida’s Governor Ron Desantis, where he discussed strategies to test students before reopening. This round table included parents, education leaders, and Medical professionals.
While we do see a decrease in cases, is this due to social distancing, or is this because of inaccurate testing we have seen these past few months? Down below is a chart on Florida’s Corona virus Tracking.
